Here at Del Frames Plus we stand behind all of our products. Returns are not accepted. All sales are final. In some cases, where merchandise could be resold to another party, returns may be considered (Prior authorization is required).

A 25% restocking charge will apply and freight charges will not be refunded. In the event that a return is accepted, will be due to a factory damage only and process throughout our claim department. And only if you have a problem with the order due to our error, please notify us as soon as possible so we can issue a call-tag to get the incorrect merchandise back to us and your corrected order shipped right out to you.

Merchandise received without a return authorization will be refused.
If a damage frame should occur during shipment process please report all claims to the shipper and to Del Frames Plus. We will make every effort to get your replacement order out as quickly as possible.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless it was our shipping error.
